Glatt Rotor sieve consists of a rotating screen and one or more rotating rotors with scrapers or blades installed axially. During work, materials enter the interior of the screen through the feed inlet. Due to the centrifugal and scraping forces generated by the rotating rotor inside the screen, the materials are separated and screened on the surface of the screen. Finer particles pass through the sieve aperture, while larger particles are blocked on the sieve, ultimately separating the material within the required particle size range.The Glatt rotor screen has adjustable rotor speed and screen aperture, which can be adjusted as needed to meet the screening requirements of different powdered materials.
