Design of fluid bed dryer plate:
1. Lateral flow distribution plate (conical side seam fluid bed dryer plate)
Structural features: The airflow escapes from the bottom edge of the conical cap through the central tube, reducing hole blockage and material leakage, while strengthening the mixing of the material surface.
Applicable scenarios: Widely used in fluidized bed reactors, especially suitable for handling high-temperature or easily clogged materials.
Parameter example: The inclination angle of the conical cap should be greater than the particle accumulation angle to avoid the formation of dead corners due to particle residue.
2. Fill the fluid bed dryer plate
Structural features: Lay pebble quartz sand pebble layers in sequence on the straight hole sieve plate, with a metal mesh added at the top.
Advantages: Simple structure, uniform air distribution, suitable for laboratory or small-scale industrial applications.
Limitation: Not applicable to large bed diameter reactors, and corrosive gases will gradually enlarge the pore size.
